Families who might be interested in enrolling in Jeffco Virtual Academy should read these Important considerations:
- All classes are asynchronous with work due weekly
- Families cannot be enrolled in another district and must promptly complete the enrollment process after applying.

Steps for Enrollment
- Apply at EnrollJeffco
- Screening and approval – course requests are reviewed
- Tutorial course – students complete the “Intro to JVA”
- Enrollment meeting – full-time applicants only
- Offer of enrollment – sent for acceptance from EnrollJeffco after steps are complete
Then families are enrolled and scheduled. An email confirmation is sent with steps to get started.

- January 17, 2025: Round 1 enrollment window for the 2025-26 school year closes
- January 23, 2025: Round 2 enrollment for the 2025-26 school year opens
- January 28, 2025: Lottery results sent to families
