Synchronous Supports

Most JVA courses are asynchronous with synchronous supports available for students who need them.  If you need to meet with your teacher please reach out to them to schedule a synchronous Google Meet.  Some courses have required synchronous times, please check our Synchronous Support Schedule for times.

Conferences

Jeffco Virtual Academy hosts a virtual conference night in the fall and spring. Check Otter News and our social media pages for details.

Even with these regular conference nights, families and students are encouraged to reach out to teachers at any time for questions and support. Please do not wait until conferences – check in with your teachers regularly. JVA staff is available to schedule conferences outside of conference nights.
