Conferences

Jeffco Virtual Academy hosts a virtual conference night in the fall and spring. Check Otter News and our social media pages for details.

Even with these regular conference nights, families and students are encouraged to reach out to teachers at any time for questions and support. Please do not wait until conferences – check in with your teachers regularly. JVA staff is available to schedule conferences outside of conference nights.

Senior Support Group

To help Jeffco Virtual Academy seniors reach graduation, JVA offers a virtual group for seniors that meets once a week for about an hour. This group is for any senior who is showing that they may need a little extra support during their final quarters of high school. 

Who must attend

Students are selected to join this group if they are currently failing or at risk of failing required courses for graduation. This group is not punitive; it is solely to help support our 12th-graders. Once a senior's grades are all above passing and no longer at risk of failing any classes, they no longer need to attend the group.

Schedule

Senior Support Group meets weekly. Students who are required to attend will be notified of the weekly meeting times and virtual meeting link.
